Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to timelines, and coordination with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and report status regularly
- Maintain safety standards and compliance at the site
- Handle site documentation, billing inputs, and reporting
Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of relevant site experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes and drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EPC projects
- Knowledge of billing and estimation
- Familiarity with project management tools
